Food to feed the body and mind
Food traditions, sovereignty and ancestral knowledge around food: nourishing the body and also the mind.
Afro-Colombian cooking is not only heritage: it is a system of knowledge about territory. What grows, when, how it is preserved and what heals are orally transmitted knowledge that sustains the health of entire communities where the health system arrives late or not at all.
We work on food as a root of wellbeing and as sovereignty: gardens, our own seeds, traditional cooking, and the relationship between what is sown and what can be decided.
