Projects

We formulate and accompany projects that arise from a decision taken in the territory, not from a funding call that needed filling. That changes the order of work: first the community defines what it wants to solve, then we look for the funding mechanism that fits.

The lines where we work most are territory-led infrastructure, environmental governance of community councils, African language teaching and exchange with the continent. We accompany from design through to closure, including accountability back to the community.
