Training processes with organisations, community councils and institutions.
We design and facilitate training on historical reparation, ethnic-territorial rights, ethno-education and self-governance, for grassroots organisations, community councils, public institutions and teams working with Afrodescendant communities.
Training processes are designed with the organisation receiving them, not delivered ready-made. Before proposing content we review what the group already knows, what it needs to decide and by when, because training that does not change a concrete decision is time wasted.
We work with community councils, grassroots organisations, public institutions and technical teams. The most requested topics are ethnic-territorial rights, prior consultation mechanisms, ethno-education and project design with a differential approach.
